    • Please carry a valid Id/ Passport along with you during this tour
    • Children below 12 years must be accompanied by an Adult.
    • For Swim & Explore, the guest should be a confident swimmer

    • Deep water experience are approx 5.5 meters deep.

    • Transfers from Areas other than centrally located Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.

    • For All Dolphin activities, guests are not allowed to wear a single accessory. Eg: watch earrings, or any such accessory which can hurt sea creatures at the time of experience.
    • Guests are requested to arrive 30 minutes prior at the ticketing counter for the collection of wristbands. After the collection of wristbands, guests can reach the designated location via buggies.
    • Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services
