The road trip to Pamukkale lasts for approximately 4 hours. A professional tour guide will welcome you in the bus, and brief you on the schedule. The first part of the tour is all about the hot air balloon flight. At the take off site, you will meet the pilots, and watch them as they prepare the colourful balloon for the flight. The flight is smooth, and gives you the chance to admire spectacular panoramic views over the most notable sites of Pamukkale. At a point, expect to watch the sunrise, and feel the amazing atmosphere that the warm light creates, as it reflects on the sites below. The flight lasts for almost one hour, and upon landing you will join the pilots for a short celebration, during which you will toast a glass of champagne and get your flight certificates. The second part of your excursion is about to offer you a complete overview of Pamukkale’s natural beauty and history. More precisely, expect to visit the infamous Cotton Castle, and see its naturally shaped balconies that are filled with thermal water. For this reason, you will visit the nearby ancient city of Hierapolis, as well as an antique thermal pool.
